Q: Do you sell official mahjong cards?
A: At this time, we do not. You can purchase cards directly from the National Mahjongg League here.

Q: What do I do if my order arrived damaged or I received the wrong items?
A: Email us at hello@dearmahjong.com with pictures and a description of your issue. We’ll get this sorted out as quickly as possible.


Q: Are the designs on your mats screen-printed or embroidered?
A: Embroidered, never screen printed!


Q: How do I clean the mat?
A: Our mats are made from neoprene with embroidered designs. You can machine wash them in a laundry delicates bag periodically on cold with a gentle cycle. Anything more and the stitching may damage.

Q: Where is my order?
A: You can check on the status via the confirmation email you received.


Q: Can I carry Dear Mahjong tiles and accessories in my store?
A: Dear Mahjong has a limited number of wholesale relationships with boutiques. If you’d
like to carry our tiles and accessories, please email hello@dearmahjong.com.

Q: I’d like to return my order, how do I do that?
A: Please visit our Return & Refund page.

Q: Do you ship on Saturday or Sunday?
A: We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.


Q: Can I see your tiles and accessories in any stores?
A: Dear Mahjong is carried by a limited number of boutiques. Please email hello@dearmahjong.com with your location and we’ll let you know if we have a local partner.

Q: What are your tiles made of?
A: Dear Mahjong tiles are hand-painted acrylic.


Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $200. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
