processing issues, order fulfillment may be delayed or canceled.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the designated shipping address. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses occurring during transit unless caused by our negligence. Shipping times
are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Each Promotion is subject to these terms as well as any additional rules or requirements announced at the time of the Promotion.

Promotions are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, unless otherwise stated. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Dear Mahjong are not eligible to participate.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win any Promotion. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

Entry methods and requirements will be specified for each Promotion. Participants may only enter once unless multiple entries are explicitly permitted. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries unless otherwise stated. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via the platform through which they entered or by email if provided. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize details will be announced at the time of each Promotion. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Dear Mahjong reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize receipt.

Dear Mahjong is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Promotion at our discretion.

All Promotions conducted via Instagram are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions or concerns regarding a Promotion should be directed to Dear Mahjong, not to Instagram or Meta.

These Promotion terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
