Returns and Refunds

We hope you love everything about your Dear Mahjong purchase. If any issues arise, we're here to help make it right.

Return Window

We offer a 14 day grace period from when your order arrives to initiate a return request for full value excluding shipping fees.

We know the holidays can be busy, so we extend this period through January 15th for any purchases made in December. We'll make it right with a full refund or replacement for any items that arrive damaged.

To Ensure a Smooth & Full Return

A lot goes into making sure everything is just right when orders are placed. If you need to send
something back, we ask that:
— Items must be returned complete and in the same condition you received them.
— Tile sets must remain sealed in their original shrink wrap and packaging for a full refund.
— If the shrink wrap has been removed from a tile set or opened a 15% restocking fee will be
deducted from your refund.
— Please include your order number and reason for return with return.
— Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Our Return Process

Please reach out to us at hello@dearmahjong.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If something arrived damaged, we'd love to see photos so we can understand what happened.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method as quickly as possible. Again, shipping costs are not refundable (unless we made an error), and if shrink wrap has been opened but your set is complete, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Returns that do not meet these guidelines will be sent back to you. You'll cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or we made an error. Lost package claims are handled by the shipping carrier.
